Gryphon Investors, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in PestRoutes, a provider of software for pest control, from Mainsail, a growth equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PestRoutes serves a number of large and growing field services markets with complex software needs that are not being met by existing solutions.
