Foresight completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Signature for $22m.

Foresight, an infrastructure and private equity investment manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Signature Private Finance Holdings, a banking service provider, from Cabot Square Capital, a provider of investment capital, for $22m.
