Beijer Ref completed the acquisition of ACD Trade from Cliplight Manufacturing.

Beijer Ref, the global refrigeration wholesaler, completed the acquisition of ACD Trade, the Australian HVAC company, from Cliplight Manufacturing, a Canadian chemical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Australia is an important market for us, and it is pleasing that we found an opportunity to grow further.
