Yamma Investments completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Sanovel from Toksoz Group for $200m.

Yamma Investments, a Luxembourg-based asset manager, completed the acquisition of a 30% stake in Sanovel, a Turkish generic drug maker, from Toksoz Group, a Turkish holding company, for $200m. The transaction is expected to help Toksoz boost its research and development activities, as well as increase investments for exports.
