BHS Private Equity Fund completed the acquisition of DCK Holoubkov Bohemia, a manufacturer of electrical switchboards. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The DCK acquisition was a very complex LBO transaction. It contained elements of MBO and MBI, and in addition to the acquisition loan it was necessary to deal with the allocation of assets, transfer subcontracting contracts, deal with personnel issues," Luděk Palata, BHS Private Equity Fund Partner.
