Altice Europe terminated its acquisition of Partner Communications.

Altice Europe, a convergent company in telecoms, content, media, entertainment and advertising, offered to acquire Partner Communications, a global systems mobile communications operator. The deal was terminated in March 2020 after Partner Communications, which is Israel’s second-largest mobile phone operator, reported a 63% drop in fourth quarter profit and warned of a negative impact ahead due to the coronavirus outbreak.
