Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille completed the acquisition of a 66% stake in Collecte Localisation Satellites from Ardian.

Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille, a Belgian investment and holding company, completed its acquisition of a 66% stake in Collecte Localisation Satellites, which provides satellite systems, from Ardian for £223m. “I’d like to thank the Ardian, CNES, and Ifremer teams for their support.
