Eurazeo-backed Elemica completed the acquisition of Eyefreight.

Eurazeo-backed Elemica, which provides supply chain operating network solutions for the process industries, completed the acquisition of Eyefreight, a global provider of multi-modal SaaS Transportation Management Solutions.
