Majesco completed the acquisition of InsPro Technologies for $12m.

Majesco, an insurance solutions and services provider, completed the acquisition of InsPro Technologies, a US-based software provider in the life and annuity insurance market, for $12m. "The InsPro team brings years of experience and amazing talent to the global Majesco team.
