Celanese, a global chemical and specialty materials company, completed the acquisition of Redispersible Polymer Powders business of Nouryon, the former chemical business of AkzoNobel. The unit operaters under the Elotex brand, for $104m. "I want to thank our Elotex employees and our loyal customer base for their contribution in building this business.
