Advent-backed TSG, a provider of business management software and integrated payments solutions, completed the acquisition of BrandBot, a developer of an end-to-end marketing and sales platform for the boutique fitness industry that manages emails, texts messaging, sales CRM, and landing pages for fitness brands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
