Align Financial completed the acquisition of National Lloyds from Hilltop for $154m.

Align Financial, an insurance holding company, completed the acquisition of National Lloyds, a provider of property and casualty insurance, from Hilltop, a financial holding company, for $154m. “This strategic transaction will serve to further diversify and scale Align’s business; putting us on track to write close to $500m of specialty premiums this year.
