GRAPHA Holding completed the acquisition of all shares in Pidas Group.

GRAPHA Holding, a company specializing in holding or owning securities of companies other than banks, completed the acquisition of all shares in Pidas Group, a service company specializing in the development, optimization and management of customer service divisions for organizations in the business and IT sector. Financial terms were not disclosed.
