Phillips 66-backed JET Retail UK completed the acquisition of UK Forecourts.

Phillips 66-backed JET Retail UK, a company engaged in retail sale of automotive fuel in specialised stores, completed the acquisition of UK Forecourts, a company that owns and manages a petrol station site in the Midlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our company-owned network now stands at 11 sites and these acquisitions are the latest in a series of exciting developments for the JET brand. Millpool will help to further strengthen our well-established heritage and reputation in the Midlands, and Linden Service Station is a fantastic addition to our network in our heartland of Yorkshire,” Mary Wolf, JET Retail UK Director.
