CDPQ-backed Biogroup-LCD completed the acquisition of Laborizon.

CDPQ-backed Biogroup-LCD, a provider of laboratory services that offers medical biology, analytical testing, and other related services, completed the acquisition of Laborizon, a group of medical biology laboratories. Financial terms were not disclosed. Laborizon comprises six medical laboratories that have 95 biologists, six technical platforms, four centres for assisted human reproduction and a specialised national logistics subsidiary.
