Synopsis
Astra Space, a space agency, went public via a SPAC merger with Holicity, a blank cheque company, in a $2.1bn deal. PIPE investment was led by funds and accounts managed by BlackRock. “I have long believed space provides an unmatched opportunity to benefit and enrich society.
