Heraeus Medical Components completed the acquisition of CMI.

Heraeus Medical Components, a global medical device outsourcing provider, completed the acquisition of CMI, which provides contract design, development, manufacturing and global regulatory services for medical device OEMs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Heraeus enables us to better serve customers by combining our deep knowledge in advanced minimally-invasive devices with Heraeus’ global manufacturing scale.
