New Mountain Capital, an alternative investment manager with private equity, public equity and private credit strategies, completed the acquisition of ILC Dover, which designs and manufactures a broad range of innovative, highly engineered products utilizing high-performance flexible materials, from Behrman Capital, a middle-market private equity firm.
