Manuli Rubber Industries completed the acquisition of RYCO Hydraulics.

Manuli Rubber Industries, which designs, manufactures, and distributes metal reinforced rubber components and systems, completed the acquisition of RYCO Hydraulics, a privately held Melbourne, Australia-based hydraulic hose and fittings manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
