Iverto completed the acquisition of Britt Sweden.

Iverto, an IT consulting provider, completed the acquisition of Britt Sweden, Swedish IT company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The common denominators in our companies’ success include our entrepreneurial backgrounds, characterised by rapid decision-making, long-term, close, and developmental relationships with our customers, and cutting-edge technology solutions. Having Britt on board will strengthen our position in central Sweden and establish an Iver presence in two new locations – Eskilstuna and Falun,” Carl-Magnus Månsson, Iver CEO.
