Industrial Opportunity Partners completed the acquisition of Competition Cams.

Industrial Opportunity Partners, a private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Competition Cams, a manufacturer of auto parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The COMP Cams management team and I are looking forward to our partnership with IOP and Edelbrock.
