True North to acquire the gynaecology business of Glenmark for $16m.

Private equity firm True North agreed to acquire the gynaecology business of Glenmark, a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mumbai, for $16m. Praneet Singh, partner at True North, said the Integrace business now has an additional growth opportunity in the gynaecology speciality.
