Advent-backed TSG completed the acquisition of MyXplor from AirTree Ventures for $43m.

Advent-backed Transaction Services Group, a provider of business management software, completed the acquisition of MyXplor, a developer of SaaS-based software for childcare centers, from AirTree Ventures, a venture capital firm, for $43m.
