CapMan completed the acquisition of Nydalen Energi from Avantor.

CapMan, a Finnish private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Nydalen Energi, the provider of environmentally friendly district heating and cooling, from Avantor, property developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Norway has strong and attractive regulation in place to promote the use of district heating.
