Advent International completed the acquisition of Forescout Technologies, a provider of device visibility and control solutions, for $1.4bn. The purchase price represents a share price of $29 and it decreases the initial offer of $1.9bn. Advent was joined by Crosspoint Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the cybersecurity and privacy industries, as a co-investor.
