Pyramid Hotel Group completed the merger with Hamilton Hotel Partners.

Pyramid Hotel Group, a privately held Boston-based hotel company, completed the merger with Hamilton Hotel Partners, an independent London-based hotel management and investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been seeking a European partner for what seems like a long time.
