Green Street Advisors, a provider of research, advisory and analytics to the commercial real estate industry, agreed to acquire four publications for the commercial real estate and financial markets, which consists of Real Estate Alert, Commercial Mortgage Alert, Hedge Fund Alert, and Asset-Backed Alert, from Harrison Scott Publications, a media publishing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the next 30 days. "We are very excited about this acquisition, the first in Green Street's history.
