Cadence Design Systems completed the acquisition of Integrand Software.

Cadence Design Systems, an American multinational electronic design automation software and engineering services company, completed the acquisition of Integrand Software, a provider of electronic design software used to design high frequency, RF and Mixed Signal complex integrated circuits. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition further executes upon Cadence’s Intelligent System Design™ strategy, which enables customers to deliver chips to packages/boards and large electrical systems more efficiently.
