CBRE Group, an American commercial real estate services and investment firm, completed the acquisition of New England Fiber, a leading telecommunications and network infrastructure advisory services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “New technologies, such as 5G, will increase the focus of many occupiers on network capabilities when making real estate decisions.
