Paragon Insurance Holdings completed the acquisition of Trident Public Risk Solutions from Argo Group.

Paragon Insurance Holdings, an insurance agency, completed the acquisition of Trident Public Risk Solutions, a company that provides insurance products and risk management solutions for public-sector entities, from Argo Group, a Bermuda-based international underwriter of specialty insurance products in the property and casualty market.
