BlackHawk Industrial Distribution completed the acquisition of Machine Tools Supply from NOW.

BlackHawk Industrial Distribution, a pumps and compressors provider, completed the acquisition of Machine Tools Supply, an industrial measurement and sensing equipment provider, from NOW, an oil drilling equipment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We continue to pursue growth strategic markets, increasing our capabilities to serve our customers’ mission critical production needs.
