Keensight Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Datawords Group from Cathay Capital.

Keensight Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Datawords Group, a provider of technology services, from Cathay Capital, a global investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.
