Danone Manifesto Ventures completed the investment in Phenix.

Danone Manifesto Ventures, a venture capital firm, completed the investment in Phenix, an operator of an online portal that sells second hand products, offers valuation of unsold products and waste, and provides waste treatment and related services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment by Danone Manifesto Ventures will enable Phenix to extend its position as a leader in the waste reduction sector through the expansion of its consumer facing mobile application as well as its BtoB #TechForGood solution for food & beverage industry players. "Food waste reduction is one of the major challenges that companies, NGOs, governments and consumers need to address collectively to promote a more sustainable and ethical food system.
