First Western Financial completed the acquisition of Simmons Bank's three branches and one loan production office.

First Western Financial, a financial services holding company, completed the acquisition of three branches and one loan production office located in Denver from Simmons First National Bank, a bank holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction will add to the growth and diversification of our franchise and deepen our presence in our core Denver market.
