August Equity, the UK venture capital and private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Air IT, a British IT consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Industry providers typically focus on larger enterprises, yet the SME market is showing a trend towards outsourcing a lot of its IT, from cyber security to managed services,” Philip Rattle, August Equity Managing Partner.
