RTC Partners-backed Ardurra Group completed the acquisition of LNV.

RTC Partners-backed Ardurra Group, an engineering company, completed the acquisition of LNV, a multi-discipline engineering, architectural and surveying firm specializing in civil, structural, transportation, environmental, architectural, and surveying services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Joining Ardurra allows LNV to maintain the same level of quality and commitment to our current clients, while allowing the expansion of our expertise and services to new clients in other areas.
