Golden Gate Capital-backed Mavis Discount Tire, an independent tire and service provider in the United States, completed the acquisition of 112 stores from NTB Tire & Service Centers, a tire retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This agreement with NTB will enable us to grow our footprint in key markets and we are excited to welcome the talented NTB team members affiliated with these 112 locations to the Mavis family.
