EPSA Groupe completed the acquisition of PSG Procurement Services.

EPSA Groupe, a performance consulting company, completed the acquisition of PSG Procurement Services, a provider of outsourcing of procurement services via online platforms and tools. Financial terms were not disclosed. This complementary acquisition and now more than 360 employees and sales of more than €500m will make Epsa the leading global player in this market.
