Cranswick to acquire the remaining 50% stake in White Rose Farms joint venture from the Buckle family.

Cranswick, a UK food producer, agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in White Rose Farms pig production joint venture from the Buckle family. Financial terms were not disclosed.
