Ascend Performance Materials completed the acquisition of Poliblend and Esseti Plast.

Ascend Performance Materials, the largest fully integrated producer of polyamide 66 resin, completed the acquisition of Poliblend, an Italy-based manufacturer of plastics and polyamide resins, and Esseti Plast, an Italy-based producer of colored masterbatches and additives. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic acquisition marks an important transformation for our company as we grow our European manufacturing and distribution footprint.
