The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Partners to acquire the San Diego Shipyard of Huntington Ingalls Industries.

Titan Acquisition Holdings, a portfolio firm of The Carlyle Group and Stellex Capital Partners, agreed to acquire the San Diego Shipyard of Huntington Ingalls Industries, a company engaged in designing, building, overhauling and repairing variety of ships. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to add the San Diego Shipyard to our already strongly positioned and growing enterprise.
