Group Batteur completed the acquisition of Cinq Mondes group.

Group Batteur, a cosmetics contract manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Cinq Mondes group, a provider of cosmetics for the spa industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic partnership will enable Cinq Mondes to rely on Laboratoires Gilbert’s sales force in pharmacy to accelerate the development of its brand Biovive. In addition, Group Batteur will benefit from Cinq Mondes’ expertise to strengthen its brand Algotherm internationally.
