Argos Wityu completed the acquisition Sicura from Rekeep for €54m.

Private equity firm Argos Wityu completed the acquisition Sicura, an Italy- based provider of integrated products and solutions for fire safety, workplace safety, health, machine safety and control, from Rekeep, an integrated management services provider, for €54m.
