ION Investment Group, a trading and workflow automation software solutions company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Broadway Technology, a provider of capital markets solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Partnering with ION provides the investment to accelerate our product roadmap including workflow automation technology across different market segments and asset classes,” Tyler Moeller, Broadway Technology Co-Founder and CEO.
