CG Corp Global to acquire Moldcell from Telia Company for $31m.

CG Corp Global, a multinational corporate operating out of Nepal, agreed to acquire Moldcell, a mobile network operator in Moldova, from Telia Company, a Swedish-Finnish multinational telephone company, for $31m. "I’m happy to announce the completion of our journey to exit Eurasia allowing us to fully focus on the Nordic and Baltic markets.
