Wings of Strength, an elite worldwide bodybuilding promotions company, agreed to acquire Mr. Olympia, a professional bodybuilding competition, and Muscle & Fitness, an American fitness and bodybuilding magazine, from American Media, an American publisher of magazines. Financial terms were not disclosed. "My primary motivation for acquiring the Olympia is to bring the event back to the fans.
