Cold Chain Capital Holdings Europe, a private equity firm, through its subsidiary Roen Est, completed the acquisition of Enex, a provider of refrigeration systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Enex is a technological gem which is transforming the world of refrigeration racks, and HVAC natural chillers and commercial heat pumps.
