A consortium led by Symphony Technology Group, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board and AlpInvest Partners completed the acquisition of RSA, a provider of cybersecurity and digital risk management solutions, from Dell Technologies, an American multinational computer technology company, for $2.1bn.
