B&G Foods completed the acquisition of Farmwise.

B&G Foods, a manufacturer, seller, and distributer of shelf-stable foods, completed the acquisition of Farmwise, a provider of frozen food products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dave and Cristina Peters, the founders of Farmwise, have done a tremendous job developing delicious, plant-based products, including Veggie Fries, Veggie Tots and Veggie Rings, that both parents and children love.
