Trocadero Capital Partners completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Flexifleet.

Trocadero Capital Partners, which provides investment management services, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Flexifleet, which offers vehicle rental, acquisition, insurance and management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Zakaria and I are delighted to partner with Trocadero Capital Parners.
